Just a request on behalf of our community:

- Can you have the homeowner remove the tour boat on the corner lot as you head east in our community? It is against the Covenants and an eyesore as well. Thank you.

Again, the tour boat sits on the corner lot of our community. This is not a boat storage facility. It's bad enough the boat sat in his backyard for three weeks prior before finally being moved. The Board needs to send a reminder letter that leaving this eyesore boat is against the Covenants. If nothing is done, it won't be long before other boat owners in our Community see that boat sitting there and start doing the same thing. I suggest a strongly worded courtesy letter reminding the homeowner that other neighbors, including myself are tired of seeing it in our Community.

Good Morning

I just want to simply reply to this old news statement. For the record the boat did not and does not belong to any one residing at that corner lot the boat was staged it. It belong to the guy across the street. Why the boat was in my backyard without my approval, is a very good question. However, the issues was resolved because I know there are rules/covenants that governs matters. If you have any concerns you should just simply let your neighbor know your concern.SmileSmile
